GOOD MP3,
by Gee View, 2010-07-25
Hey this MP3 player is very neat... easy to use simply plug into your computer and start loading your music on. its small but the display on the screen is very easy to read. the clip on the back allows your to clip it on to your clothing so its basically hands free movement. good product for its value over all.....
Nothing but trouble,
by KidHorn, 2010-07-17
It worked fine for about a week.
Then it wouldn't hold a charge overnight. It would be fully charged when I went to sleep and dead in the morning. I made sure it was off before going to sleep.
Now, after owning it for less than a month, it's completely dead.
I went to the sansa web site to find out how to get a replacement and can't find an easy way to do this or an easy way to communicate with someone.
I guess you get what you pay for.
Easy to Use and Cheap to buy.,

This mp3 player is easy to use with or without instructions and the price is incredible! Cheap and easy, just the way I like it.
Sansa Clip+,
by Causa, 2010-07-12
This little device is a great sounding player. Expandable memory is a big plus. The equalizer is ok, could be a bit better, but with Rockbox this becomes THE best ~$50 player. It pairs perfectly with the Yuin PK3s.
The battery life is a little disappointing. I get on average about 9 hours at half volume. In comparison my Creative Zen would get around 32 hours. Not a big deal since mini USB cables are available anywhere.
If you are going for portability and great sound quality. Then this is it.
Sansa Clip+ vs. iPod Shuffle,
by A. Oliver, 2010-07-09
The iPod shuffle I had been using for a couple years had run out of room for new music, having only 1GB. It had cost $50. Reading about this Clip+, which was available on Amazon for $40, I was very excited and bought it, thinking it was a steal. And it totally was.
I got it in the mail yesterday, and so far, I absolutely love it. Compared to the iPod shuffle, which is only a little more expensive than it and has literally no features besides playing your music in order or shuffled, the Sansa Clip+ is a great deal, and an excellent choice for an MP3 player! I find its design sleek and attractive, and I like its small size (though you might not if you have bad far-sided vision). Once you get the hang of it, it's a snap to navigate, and the features this little gadget has are very impressive: sound equalizers (including custom ones), a 5-star rating system for songs, voice recording, and FM radio! I love that you have the choice of songs you want to listen to besides "play all"--songs from a certain artist or album, your top-rated songs, or songs from a specific genre. Having the micro SD card slot is awesome, so you can add up to 16GB of extra space for music by buying and inserting a card, which is relatively affordable. Using Windows Media Player, uploading music onto your Clip+ is reasonable and quick. Sound quality for the music is great, better than the Shuffle in my opinion. Being able to easily clip it to your clothes, belt loop, etc. is a useful feature. All you need to do to recharge the Clip+'s battery is plug it into your computer with a USB cord. It is fast at recharging; I just plugged it into the computer 15 minutes ago and the battery is already halfway recovered.
The downsides to the Clip+ are all minor. If you're a hardcore music junkie, you might find issues with its shorter battery life. I had used it for maybe 6 hours and the battery died on me. For me this isn't an issue, because on an ordinary day I wouldn't be listening to music on this for more than 2 hours. There is also its sound quality. The bass could definitely be a lot stronger, but unless you're paying attention to it, it's not noticeable and the sound quality is still great besides this one little flaw. The last issue that I've had with it is that there are no covers for the USB and micro SD card outlets.
Overall, this device is a fantastic buy and I'd recommend it to anyone, perhaps except for very musically picky music junkies who would be listening to it for most of their day. It wins hands-down next to the iPod shuffle, and just by itself is an solid MP3 player. So glad I bought it!
