It is nice except I was disappointed that there is no clear window to allow you to view the screen. If you want to change to a different playlist, album, or artist, you have to remove the player from the sheath to do so. That is a bit awkward when you are exercising.

This armband was a waste of money because I could not see the screen. I could not navigate the buttons easily either. I found a better armband for the Zen that also has a clip on it.

It's almost impossible to push the correct button on this thing while you're wearing it. The mesh slides and the buttons don't line up with the cover when you're in motion.
Don't bother,

Unless you are a runner, or working out for a very long time, it is not worth the bother of installing the player into the cuff, then plugging in the earphones at the bottom. It is easier to drop the player into a pocket without the arm band.
