I complain about the holster and you were polite to have another one out to me but it was broken also. I chose not to complain again. Thanks for being courteous to send me another one. If you want to send another one after you check the product out I will accept. This product the clip is not secure in the holster the two that I receive had the same problem. The first one you send out the velcow did not work. If you can tell what is the fix for the clip so that my phone don't keep falling off of my side I will try it.

I used this case for about a year before it fell apart. (I'm tough on cases and holsters.) When I ordered a replacement, I went with a more popular (and more readily available, and more expensive) belt clip case with a magnetic seal. In a matter of weeks, I began to have screen sensitivity issues with my iPhone 3's touch screen -- and the culprit, it turns out, was the magnet in the competitor's case.
So when I got my new iPhone 4.0, I ditched the magnetic case and went back to this one. I couldn't be happier. I work in a buttoned-down office setting, where the stitched leather looks right at home ... and the Velcro clasp (which is not silent, but almost so, especially in a room with any ambient noise at all) is secure and fast and easy.
Highly recommended.
