Terrible product,

I bought the EWOO HandMusic Dock even after reading the generally bad reviews for this product (a big mistake) because there were few other options for this type of devise and I have a need for the functions it is suppose to offer. I have the DLO equivalent which works reasonably well but has a roughly 500 song limit which is far too small a capacity. The EWOO is one of the worst products I have ever bought. Getting it to sync with your ipod takes forever if you can get it to sync at all. When it does work, the range of the remote is very small, maybe 20 feet and it easily looses sync when you carry the remote around. The controls are awkward. For instance raising the volume just a little is impossible. The whole experience of using this piece of cr-p is so frustrating it defies belief. I tried the firmware update that is available from the company website but it made no difference in the poor performance or difficulty getting it to sync. Luckily I just made it under the Amazon return deadline so this thing goes back and I hope I never see another one, ever.

Unless you like things that barely work and are incredibly frustrating to use, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

 

Definite QA Problems,

I have tried two of these devices and both of the docks failed to connect reliably with my iPod. I tried it to replace my Tuneview (which is expensive and has a flimsy remote). This is a shame because the device looks like it's well designed.

Bought the product and remote went blank in a few weeks. Amazon replaced the product within 4 days and picked up the shipping on the old one. Don't expect Ewoo to provide any support for the product. The product itself, when working, is great. The remote works anywhere on my property to control iPod. Ewoo has updated firmware on their site to improve features to control iPod. Thanks Amazon for the service Ewoo fails to provide!
