Battery just dont stay charged,

On the initial charge and next few I could get upto 4 hours on the battery, but it seems now that I am lucky to get and hour out of it and it is only a month old
Seemed wrong at first,

At first this seemed like the wrong replacement battery for our Delphi XM Radio unit. The battery cover wouldn't snap on, and it seemed like the plastic pull tab on the battery was the problem. Also, the unit wouldn't work in my husband's car unless we took the battery out, although it worked perfectly in the station we have inside the house. We kept trying, and these problems seem to have resolved themselves in about a week. As far as I know, we didn't do anything to fix it - it just got better. The battery was pretty pricey, but still less than buying a new unit.
