Have it for couple of weeks, no complaints so far. I ride motorcycle, and the buttons are a little smallish for bulky protective gloves, but still manageable. This remote is most convenient when combined with short corded headphones. I use it with Sony MDR-EX71SL.
I also have Monster remote connected to my Nano 5G, it is more usable, but less reliable. I switch to Simplism, when Monster begins acting up. The remotes don't interfere with each other.

it works for ipod touch 3g, enough said. No more unlocking ipod to change songs. Just push twice to go to next song.
