this makes it possible to plug anything that uses usb into my solio solar charger, i have heard of the solar charger not ment for all devices and its ruining stuff like cell phones and so on, i use the data cable to charge my voyager cell phone and my ipod mini so far no problems charges great with this adapter tip

At first, I doubt if I picked the correct product for my solar charger. However, it works prefectly. I can charge my itouch anytime and anywhere. I recommand this product.
