I love the Zune HD and it's user interface. I own a 32 gig and my two daughters each have a 16 gig Zune. I have a subscription to Zune pass which saves me alot of money, 3 zunes + unlimited downloads = awesome.

Great product, im pretty sure I don't have to say anything else that the 5 or 4 star reviews say. i watch my movie & listen to my music & radio just fine. I use it when I exercise, when ever i wanna just listen to music, & when I'm driving around without any kind of problems even when I'm changing the station or the song.

I am bewildered that anyone would give this thing a good rating. I purchased this because of the reviews and it quickly went back (thank God Amazon stands behind their product). Only Microsoft could get away with selling a product with NO printed documentation. You get more help from user forums. Buy the Samsung - trust me I've had them all!

I've really enjoyed this latest Zune product. Display is vibrant and sound is great. Wireless internet over WiFi is useful, and I'm even willing to go to McDonalds now that it is a Zune hotspot.
